Founding cohort · waitlist open

Land a visa-sponsored job in the Netherlands — without speaking Dutch.

Most people applying from abroad send hundreds of applications to companies that can't even sponsor them. I'll show you how to find the ones that can, and how to get them to reply.

Why it's not working

It's not your CV. It's the system you're using.

  • You're applying to companies that aren't recognised sponsors — so your application was dead before anyone read it.

  • Your CV is built for your home market. Dutch recruiters read it in 30 seconds and move on.

  • You're relying on job boards when most of the hires go through people.

  • Nobody has told you what a Dutch interview actually tests for.

Fix those four things and the market looks completely different.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • you have 3+ years of professional experience
  • you're in tech, engineering, finance, business, or another field Dutch companies hire internationals for
  • you'll put in 4–6 hours a week.

This isn't for you if:

  • you want someone to hand you a job
  • you're looking for visa or legal advice (that's the IND's job, or an immigration adviser's)
  • you won't do the outreach.

About

Hey, I'm Harrison.

At 24 I wanted out of the standard Australian career path, so I went after a job in Amsterdam. I didn't speak Dutch and I wasn't in the Netherlands yet. I landed a visa-sponsored role — and it was the first job I applied for.

That wasn't luck. I didn't fire off a generic CV to fifty listings. I picked one role at one company that could actually sponsor me, and rebuilt my CV around it: every line matched to what that role needed, with hard numbers on the revenue and impact I'd driven. Anything that didn't speak to their job, I cut. A recruiter skimming it for 30 seconds saw exactly why I was worth the paperwork.

I spent the next 4 years living and working in Amsterdam, and my DMs filled up with people asking how I did it. So I wrote it down. 5,000+ people now use my free guides.

I built this because I kept answering the same DMs, and I'd rather walk you through the targeted way properly than watch you send another 200 applications into the void.

Common questions

Do you get me a job or a visa?

No. I teach you the system and coach you through it. Employers hire you and the employer files your visa with the IND. Anyone promising you a job is selling you something else.

I don't speak Dutch. Is that a problem?

For a large share of roles at international companies, no. Part of week 1 is finding the roles where it isn't.

I'm a recent graduate. Will this work for me?

The programmes are built for people with 3+ years' experience. If you're earlier in your career, start with the Playbook — the salary requirements make it harder, and I'd rather be honest about that.

What time are the live calls?

Thursdays 10:30 CET (15:00 India, 20:00 Adelaide), 45 minutes. Every call is recorded.

What if I can't make the calls?

Watch the recording and post your questions in Telegram before the call — I'll answer them live.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — 3 monthly payments for the cohort and 1:1.

What's the refund policy?

Playbook: 14 days, no questions. Cohort: full refund until the first call starts; after that, the Interview Guarantee applies. 1:1: see the 1:1 page.

Is this only for the Netherlands?

The system works anywhere with an employer-sponsored route, but the specifics — the sponsor register, the HSM route, Dutch CVs and interviews — are Netherlands-focused. That's the point.

Six weeks from now you could be sitting in interviews — or still refreshing LinkedIn.
