Who is responsible for your data

Harrison Aughey (based in Australia). Questions or requests: harry@harrisonaughey.com.

What we collect

  • Guide and waitlist sign-ups: name, email, where you're based, and whether you agreed to marketing emails.
  • Instagram (via ManyChat): your Instagram username, first name, and your answers to the qualifying questions.
  • 1:1 applications: your answers to the application form, which can include your role, experience, target roles and (optionally) salary range.
  • Customers: name, email, country, optional phone number, and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
  • Clients: your intake form answers and the CV you upload.

Why we use it

  • To deliver what you signed up for or bought, and to run your coaching.
  • To send marketing emails, only if you agreed — by ticking the box on our site, or by giving your email in Instagram DMs when we asked if you wanted tips and updates (you can unsubscribe any time).
  • With your separate permission only: to share your results as a case study (anonymised unless you say otherwise).

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase — database, member login and private CV storage (EU — Frankfurt)
  • Vercel — website hosting and cookie-free visit statistics (no personal profiles)
  • Stripe — payments
  • Kit (ConvertKit) — email newsletters and sequences
  • Resend — transactional emails such as login links and application replies
  • ManyChat — Instagram DM automation
  • Cal.com — booking 1:1 calls
  • Telegram — cohort community and messaging
